I am an oil painter based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Rooted in my background of scientific inquiry through my degree in Astrophysics and Mathematics at UNM; I enjoy blending the rationality of physics and nature with the boundless imagination of the surreal.

I find that the harmony between humans, animals and nature is a subject where there is an emotional balance that deserves to be represented through art.

I am skilled in my use of color theory and I enjoy taking each painting as a new exploration in expression-sometimes with much planning, other times with just an idea and a feeling.

After years of only scientific study, I have rediscovered my passion and excitement through creating and hope for it to be an exhilarating artistic journey that promises to be nothing short of extraordinary.
